Terms and Conditions​

In Rinconada Surf Houses we are delighted to welcome you as our guest. Please complete the following steps in order to confirm your booking:

 

- Select your travel dates
- Select the House
- Select the room and add the number of guests
- Add any additional information we need to know regarding your booking
- Send the deposit requested
- We will send you a confirmation email once we have received the deposit with
all of the arrival information.

The currency used for al lof our bookings is US dollars. Next to it we will add
the amount turned into mexican pesos.
- The outstanding fee will be paid in mexican pesos once the persona arrives to
the accommodation and procedes to make the check in.

Cancelation Policy

​

Please be aware that deposits are not refundable in case you decide not to travel.
However, we can change your travel dates without penalty and apply the deposit to a
future booking if you let us know with two weeks in advance notice from your reservation.

 

 

Room Rules​

​

In order to have a pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules of the House.

1. Don´t smoke in the rooms.
2. Don´t leave the fans or lights on if you are not in the room.
3. If you have the AC included in your rent, please don´t leave it on when you are not in
the room. If you don´t have it included but would like to use it, please ask in the reception.
4. If you come from the surf or the beach, please remove the sand in the outside shower
by the pool.
5. Please don´t hang wet towels or clothes in the balcony, do it in the outside towel rack
or in the laundry area.
6. Please lower your voice after 10pm. No parties allowed in the house.
7. The common area can be only used until 10pm, no gathering after that time.
8. Drugs of any kind are NOT allowed in the house.
9. Please respect our pool hours: from 8am until 8pm.
